Yes, I’m registered with WPA, Vitality, Cigna, and Aviva. You’ll need to obtain authorisation from your insurer before starting therapy. Fees for insurance-funded sessions may differ from self-pay rates. Please contact me to discuss your specific policy.

Sessions are weekly, 50 minutes long. Some people prefer fortnightly sessions depending on their circumstances - we can discuss what works best for you.

I ask for 7 days’ notice for cancellation or changes. Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice are charged at the full session fee.

I’m a Counselling Psychologist with a doctorate in Counselling Psychology from the University of Roehampton. I’m registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). These regulatory bodies ensure I meet professional standards of practice, ethics, and continuing professional development.
